DAY 3 - NIGHT OF DISCOVERY

Bible Text:

1 Kings 3:21 “And when I rose in the morning to nurse my son, there he was, dead. But when I had examined him in the morning, indeed, he was not my son whom I had borne.”

MIDINIGHT MEDITATION:

Dearly beloved midnight prayer partner, until you discover what is rightly yours, you cannot boldly pursue it. The story of the two prostitutes which gave King Solomon a singular opportunity to shine as a result of an exceptional legal decision was very confusing initially.
It might interest you to know that both of them were commercial sex workers as such the tendency of the same customer (man) sleeping with both of them was very high. As such, the paternity of the dead or living child could not be ascertain.

Secondly, they were born the same time; they must have been some semblance. There was no scientific means e.g. DNA to ascertain whose child; besides, both of them were male children also living in the same apartment – there were no witnesses to help as both of them were immoral partners. The age difference was only three days apart as such makes it very difficult.
In Bible times, to bear a child outside the union of marriage was cause for a woman to be disowned by her family. Unwed mothers often turned to prostitution to support themselves and their children. Here we are not told how they went into prostitution, but one thing is certain that both of them had common tendencies of maximizing midnight opportunities.
 

Midnight is a time of transition from one day to another. It is a time of great special activities both good and evil. Destinies of men/women, families, nations, etc are shaped and interrupted at midnight.
Little wonder why she emphasizes in her report in 1 Kings 3:20 “So she arose in the middle of the night and took my son from my side, while your maidservant slept, and laid him in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom.” (NKJV)

This action taken in desperation agrees with the teachings of the scripture that tares are sown among wheat while men slept. They also went away as such it is extremely difficult to know who does it. Matthew 13:24-25 “Another parable He put forth to them, saying: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way”.
The Psalmist also have not left us in doubt about the work of the wicked. In Psalms 74:20, the scripture says “Have respect to the covenant; For the dark places of the earth are full of the haunts of cruelty.”
The good news here is that there was a discovery, because she ended up her story by saying: “And when I rose in the morning to nurse my son, there he was, dead. But when I had examined him in the morning, indeed he was not my son whom I had borne” (1 Kings 3:21).

Thank God she was not killed by the other woman in the night. Thank God she was sensitive to examine the child closely to discover indeed that the dead child was not her own. Thank God that King Solomon had asked God for wisdom to discern and judge aright. All these worked together for good.
 

In this first night, God wants us to discover the truth, as He promises in Hosea 2:10-13, “Now I will uncover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, And no one shall deliver her from My hand. I will also cause all her mirth to cease, Her feast days, Her New Moons, Her Sabbaths-- All her appointed feasts. "And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, Of which she has said, 'These are my wages that my lovers have given me.' So I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them. I will punish her For the days of the Baals to which she burned incense. She decked herself with her earrings and jewellery, And went after her lovers; But Me she forgot," says the LORD.”
Tonight, pray that God Almighty will help you to discover and recover what has been taken from you by forces of darkness; whatever has been going on under your roof, whatever has been working against your progress; this night, grace to discover will rest upon you as you pray fervently.

BEFORE YOU PRAY:

Dearly beloved, before you pray tonight, I will like you to know that God delights in helping us to discover things that have been hurting and hunting us. He says in Isaiah 3:17 “Therefore the Lord will strike with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will uncover their secret parts.”

God does not only help us concerning recent happenings, but He goes to the foundation, no matter the ancestral forces, after all, God is the ancient of days. In Ezekiel 13:14, He declares: “I will break down the wall you have plastered with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be uncovered; it will fall, and you shall be consumed in the midst of it. Then you shall know that I am the LORD.”
 

God Almighty specializes in discovery; it gives Him great pleasure to bring to light those discoveries that will strengthen and help us to be focused and effectively pray. The Bible says in Job 12:22 “He uncovers deep things out of darkness, And brings the shadow of death to light.”

God does not struggle to discover. As a matter of fact, it does not take God anything to discover and expose to us any secret no matter the time. As you align with The Ancient of Days tonight, at just the blast of His nostrils, generational and ancestral secrets tormenting you and your family shall be discovered and effectively dealt with.
 

2 Samuel 22:13-18 “From the brightness before Him Coals of fire were kindled. "The LORD thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice. He sent out arrows and scattered them; Lightning bolts, and He vanquished them. Then the channels of the sea were seen, The foundations of the world were uncovered, At the rebuke of the LORD, At the blast of the breath of His nostrils. "He sent from above, He took me, He drew me out of many waters. He delivered me from my strong enemy, From those who hated me; For they were too strong for me.” (NKJV)

IT’S MIDNIGHT PRAYER

1. Almighty God, I ........................... appreciate you for this golden opportunity to embark upon this midnight prayer. Accept my sacrifice of waking up to call on you in Jesus name.
2. Dear Lord, tonight, I present all my family members to you, even those I cannot remember now; may you never forget them in Jesus name.
3. Mighty God, frustrate any satanic assignment embarked upon by anybody, even my family members; I reject plans to exchange my blessings with trouble in Jesus name.
4. Foundational enemy fighting against me and my family; tonight, in the name of Jesus! Loose your grasp, be exposed and destroyed in Jesus name.
5. Great and awesome God, stretch forth your strong sword against the resolute oppressor of my family and confound such that my family will no longer be enslaved in Jesus name.
6. Father put a new song and spirit of worship in me and my family members so that we may live to see and enjoy great and mighty things, which I ......................... never thought about in life in Jesus name. Amen.
7. O God, grant me extraordinary grace to discover unfriendly friends, household pretenders working secretly against my advancement in Jesus name.
8. Lord Jesus, disengage me from any colleague seeking for unguided moment to frustrate me and my family in Jesus name.
9. Spirit of discernment and foresight be restored and cause me ....................... to see clearly in Jesus name.
10. O Jehovah, frustrate the boldness of a wickedness around me. Frustrate every political, religious, civil, business connection against me and grant me divine judgement and recovery. Amen
11. Let my Solomon appear now, and expose whatever was done in the midnight in the satanic altar in Jesus name.
12. I ......................... from the family of ....................... today dated ...................... under God’s grace in this midnight prayer. Take back whatever the enemy has stolen from me and my family. O God grant us grace to remain strong believers in Jesus name. Amen

FAMILY MIDNIGHT PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:

N/B: Beloved be on your knees lay your right hand on your head and by faith prophetically claim all the midnight declarations. See yourself as someone kneeling before a great messenger of God and after claiming all declarations, go back and sleep.

1. I .............................. tonight under God’s grace, decree and declare that the ancestral forces that have been working against my family is from tonight destroyed in Jesus name.
2. I take by faith, whatever was stolen from me and my family in the days of ignorance. The enemy shall no longer exchange my original blessings with imitation in Jesus name.
3. Destiny helpers, assigned to help me, locate my blessing shall definitely get in contact with me shortly in Jesus name.
4. Grace to finish up this programme is locating me and through me several members of my family shall repent and give their lives to Jesus Christ.
5. O God, as you reveal yourself to Moses; tonight reveal yourself to me and my family and cause every satanic dribblers in my life and family to be confused, demobilized for me to possess my possession in Jesus name.
6. With humility, I declare that this first night shall be my time of righteous discovery, take off and recovery. Make it to be a time of surprises and breakthrough in Jesus name. Amen

The Bible says in Daniel 12:3 “Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever”.
Send message to at least five persons informing and inviting them to join in this years annual family midnight prayers. Tell them where to get the materials.
