Day One : NIGHT OF PURPOSE

Bible Reading:

Gen. 2: 20-23

Bible text:

Eph. 2: 10 ‘For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them’.

Midnight Meditation:

Woman, a simple word but enriched with powerful attributes and mandates. The creation of man was uneventful as recorded in Gen. 1:27, just a verse of the scripture but when it was the turn of the woman to be created several things happened:

There was a vacuum: 

In Genesis 2:18 God had created all that He desired but there was still something lacking on the earth. All that God had created was good (Gen. 1:31). In fact in Gen 2:3 He had even rested on the seventh day from all the work that He had created and made. He had concluded the process of creation and everything was going accordingly. But God was still not satisfied until in Gen 2:20 He reflected "...but for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him." The animals would not be able to intercede for man when he faces calamities and turbulent wars, the animals would not be able to feel the pain man would feel and bring restoration to him, the animals would not be able to bring back peace and happiness to man, there must be an instrument that had to fit into all this description; there must be a vessel whose specific role was the mandate to restore and bring to life. Finally, God had a vision of who to hand over this great mandate to – the woman.

Created with special care:

God knew that this specie would be a special one and He needed all His attention and love to delicately design and create this being. He had to give man a large dose of anesthetic to cause him to fall into a deep sleep, one that he would not be easily roused from. If man were to be awake when the woman was created, he may have proffered his own idea and probably bugged God on what had to be put and removed. 

A double refined product: 

From His own creation God took a part and recreated this special being, woman. She went through a double process of creation thereby making her invincible, powerful and a force to be reckoned with. In her was the attribute of a warrior, embedded in her was the gift to intercede, in her was the gift of restoration, in her was love and all the artillery needed for any challenge/situation. She is God’s weapon released for every earthly and spiritual challenge. 

A godly woman is a force to be reckoned with when injustice is at her doorstep. As a woman, you have been endowed with so much strength and grace for every situation, in God’s hands you are a weapon sent to deliver mankind from the forces of evil and destruction. The devil knows all these, so he fights violently to use her for terrible acts that have not been heard of just to frustrate the mandate. But thank God for His wisdom, He is calling you tonight, He is reminding you once again of the purpose He created you, He created you to be His, He created you to be a mediator, to be a restorer, to be unstoppable in the world and render the power and schemes of the devil to naught.

Where are you O Woman, Lady, Girl? Where are you? Have you left your position? Have you left your mandate and chased that of the men? God did not call you to compete with man, He gave you a different mandate altogether, one that without you, mankind in himself is lost. As you commence this 21 days midnight prayers tonight, ask God to take you back as His weapon, ask God to restore to you the original mandate He had designed for you. Ask Him for great grace to stand in the gap this season for your family, generation, nation and the world. It is time to reclaim your mandate, beloved. Cry out tonight, the Lord of Host is here with you. The world must be redeemed, your family must possess their possession, and your Nation must shine for God. Reclaim your mandate tonight. 

Prayer Points:

1. My father, my Maker, I .............................. kneel in humility before your throne of grace and plead for forgiveness for letting go of my mandate in pursuit of earthly goals.
2. Merciful King, I join my faith with all the women lifting up their voice to you this minute, have mercy upon us wherever we have fallen off from the mandate.
3. Heavenly father, take me back as your articulated/ accurate weapon tonight.
4. My God, I am ready to stand in the gap, restore to me the mandate assigned to me from the beginning of time.
5. Father Lord, thank you for making me a woman and for taking extra care in designing and refining me.
6. Excellent King, help me during this 21days midnight prayers to stand in the gap for the deliverance and restoration of my family, generation, nation and the world at large.
7. Father, wherever I had dumped my mandate in exchange for worthless things o God, locate it and bring it back to me.
8. Jehovah, help me not to lose focus on the mandate you have bestowed upon me.
9. Lord, with this mandate, I go forth in your name and might, use me as a missile to destroy all that was not made by you.
10. Great redeemer, as I commence this 21days midnight prayer tonight, may the world receive deliverance from the shackles of the devil.
11. Mighty King of Glory, forth in your name I go, strengthen me and endow me with a discerning spirit.
12. Father, grant me attentive ears to hear from you, watchful eyes to see clear visions and open heart of praise to you.
13. Great Father, may I not be a weapon in the hand of the devil to cause destruction to your heritage.

Prophetic Declarations:

1. The glorious aspect of your long awaited destiny which has been hindered by your enemies of progress is hereby commanded by the Holy Spirit to open for your full benefits in Jesus name.
2. With this prophetic experience, you shall mount up like the eagles. Since heaven has identified you, help shall locate you from unexpected quarters and you shall be a major instrument of help to your family and those around you in Jesus name.
3. The joy of salvation shall be restored to you; the right spirit shall be renewed within you. Those waiting for your sadness shall be surprised with your gladness in Jesus most precious name. Amen
4. Since obedience triggers manifestation and guarantees success, as you obey God’s word this season, your long awaited blessings shall be delivered to you in Jesus name.
5. From this moment, as you hunger and thirst for righteousness, the righteousness of God shall open doors of blessings for you in Jesus name. You shall encounter overwhelming take-off grace that will confound your enemies and grant you undeniable blessing in Jesus name.
6. In accordance with God’s word that the earnest expectation of the righteous shall never be cut short; your earnest desires shall encounter full manifestations in Jesus name.

Kingdom Assignment/Commitments:

At the break of dawn, send a text or contact at least 12 persons in Calabar and invite them to participate in the midnight prayers. Encourage them to get the prayer manual for the midnight prayer and pray along.
