DAY 17 - NIGHT OF REMEMBRANCE

MIDNIGHT MEDITATION:
Life is transient; what we do in life is like a visa that qualifies us for eternity either in heaven or hell. Your works on earth is what will speak for you in eternity after your brief sojourn on earth because no matter how long you live, we must one day return to God our maker and give account of the lives we lived here on earth.
Dorcas was a disciple of Jesus converted after the ascension of Jesus into heaven. She was a committed Christian and was ever willing to do things to the glory of God. Dorcas understood her calling and knew that she was to take care of the aged, widows and those that were destitute; in our today's parlance we would say she ran an NGO or a charitable organization. She pursued her purpose with great zeal and passion; she never gave excuses when it came to fulfilling her mandate. Dorcas used her skill to bring people closer to the knowledge of God; she was generous and extremely kind.
When she eventually became sick, those whom she had taken under her wings could be seen running helter skelter just to ensure that her life was preserved, they must have prayed, brought the best physician, and tried a number of healing herbs but all this was to no avail as Dorcas died right before their eyes. They must have been loud wailings that day at Dorcas' house as it implied that there would be no one else to continue in her good works, the widows would not have new garments to put on, the destitute children would once again return to their state of hopelessness. The death of Dorcas was a great devastation to the people of Joppa.
They sent word to Peter, who was the head of the church about the death of Dorcas and when Peter came and saw all that she had done and how she affected the lives of the destitute around her; he saw the genuine love the widows had for her, he would not have been able to help but when he felt their loss he prayed and the heavens were attentive to his cry and Dorcas was resurrected.
Many today do not know what area of kingdom service they have been gifted to function in; many join because of the popularity they would gain, some financial gain others to please those they hold dear. It is often said that when the aim of a thing is not known misuse is inevitable. When we do not know our focus we tend to stray into other people's area of calling. Instead of roving, let us ask the Lord to show us how and where to fit into His plan.
As the work of Dorcas attracted the attention of Heaven, God will make the service we render to speak for our health, family and all our endeavors. As you take the prayer points tonight, may heaven bring back to life our treasures that are dead in Jesus name. It's night of remembrance as God will surely remember you as He did remember Noah (Gen. 8), Abraham (Gen. 19:29), Rachael (Gen. 30:22). God gave a very simple instruction for remembrance in Numbers 10:9 “When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God, and you will be saved from your enemies”
Tonight, repent, live a righteous life and pray. Through this midnight sacrifice your record book of good deeds shall be opened. See you as God remember you.

- O Lord, reveal to me where I fit into your plan and guide my footsteps to walk in accordance to your will in Jesus name.
- My God, may my life here on earth grant me the visa to spend eternity with you in heaven. Lord open gates of blessings for me.
- O Lord, quicken my mortal body to run with godly purpose and passion
- Father, forgive me for the years spent in vanity and pride; forgive me for using the zeal and strength for ungodly purposes.
- My King, deposit in me gifts to lead others to Christ.
- Every arrow of death fired into my life, be fired back to sender in Jesus name – amen.
- Every power of darkness, planning against my life and that of my family, be destroyed, in Jesus name.
- Oh God, bring back to life any part of my life that is dead in Jesus name.
- As heaven responded to the prayers of peter and restored Dorcas, may my prayers bring restoration to every area of my life in Jesus name.
- Oh God, let the little service I render in your house speak for me and my family in Jesus Name.
- Oh Lord, as you restored hope and joy to the church in Dorcas house, restore joy and peace to me, my family and our own nation. In Jesus name –amen.
- Oh God, give me grace to make impact to my generation in Jesus name – amen.
FAMILY MIDNIGHT PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
N/B: Beloved be on your knees, lay your right hand on your head and by faith prophetically claim all the midnight declarations. See yourself as someone kneeling before a great messenger of God and after claiming all declarations, go back and sleep.
- The sun, moon, and stars shall no longer cooperate with your enemies to harm you; rather they shall fight in your favour in Jesus name.
- Everything that has been molesting your Christian testimony shall be laid to rest this season. You shall be a major testifier to the glory of God in Jesus name.
- Every unnecessary protocol denying or delaying your extraordinary breakthrough is broken today in Jesus name.
- God Almighty shall link you up with a true man of God as He did for the Shunnamite woman, and the rest of your life shall be the very best in Jesus name. Amen
- Infallible proofs that cannot be denied and evidences that cannot be challenged shall accompany you in Jesus name. Amen
- In this season, the sun shall not smite you by day nor the moon by night; God Almighty shall keep you and preserve you from every arrow of the enemy target against you in Jesus name. Amen
ACTION TIME FOR CHRIST'S FAMILY
- Remember a family passing through pains in prayer and send them a text message of encouragement. Introduce them to this 21 days family midnight prayer adventure.
- Visit your family friends and encourage them to plan to attend the last days programme for anointing, impartation and release. Remind them to buy anointing oil and prayerfully keep it for that day.
N/B: Beloved, the best thing one can do for his/her family is to commit them to God. Today is Day 17; it's just 3days to the Family Impartation Service. I want to believe you and your family are ready for it. Keep the reminder ALERT active and be present by 6AM. This is One Experience you can afford to Miss... SEE YOU THERE!!!
